An Artist Is Whom God Calls Me! What is Your Identity?
Life is often strange! Not in the perspective of the random happenings, but in mindsets, opinions, the people we meet, different cultures and beliefs and where you have been raised. No, really! The hang of it is dependent on the foundation.
Although, I feel an overwhelming to say, it is more dependent on sight.
I have been hanging on a cliffhanger literally with too many things to pen down yet somehow the process of writing always took a turn. With too much to write in my head but how to put it down was prodigious. Writers block is what we call it in this world of art but in the spirit realm it’s a demon clothed in a name so harmless we by pass it - I did not even know I was experiencing such a thing! Oh, the devil is sneaky people. What you don’t see you won’t overcome. Wait, let me rephrase that: What you are blind to, you won’t know exists!
Then the most horrendous thing happened, I would post small statuses with deep stuff and this one person would just copy and paste them without asking! Excuse me, how dare you steal my brain as if you are just picking apples? Plagiarism of the highest order, I could sue you. It took me back to my High School days when I wrote a novel of over 300 pages and people being people, someone stole it and I never got to see it again. Oh, the trauma! Metaphorically speaking, it’s like giving birth to a baby and then it’s taken away from you
I have never seen that novel ever since but God did restore me last year when I got a Facebook apology from the person who had stolen it - for no apparent reason. Faithful is our God! So, forgive my over reaction but it is not over reaction!
I love God. His ways are indeed not our ways at all. Last week, on Sunday I was chatting with my dad and after I had sent him “Battlefield by Joyce Meyer” the conversation took a new turn. I didn’t know how that was the beginning of restoration.
He said, “If there is anything you have taken after me very well is the love for literature!” that caught me by surprise a bit because he had never said it to me like that for over 20 years, you wouldn’t understand my joy. However, he said something else that blew me off the radar, it was almost like God was speaking to my inner self, the doubting Thomas self!
“You Can Also Draw, ” He said
That statement was like fresh winds blowing my way with that sea smell, every sense in my being awakened to a new reality. My purpose became like a thick cloud over my head at that time I could almost touch it - It become A Reality! I was blind for a season but God opened my eyes again to see again!
That was the end of writer’s block season! I started reading again, writing again, and dreaming again - I believed in me more than I ever had in my entire being.
God used the one person, i would never have thought
What the devil meant for bad, God was keen in reminding me I AM BIGGER and YOU WILL BECOME WHO I HAVE CALLED YOU TO BECOME.
I feel like sometimes God will take you through some seasons to reveal him self more and to show you it is not your dream but HIS Dream! He KEPT ME and gave me DOUBLE!
It’s like I was in the school of destiny, character, confidence and sight.
He is very mysterious do not dismiss or categorise who God can use or who he can't!! He is Not A Man

> If God has put it in Your Heart, Do Not Give Up!! He will equip you and keep you - Trust the process, Fight and Remain In His Will. Patience goes a long way!
Be careful to notice what comes out of specific relationships. Yes they are good, born again, full of hope, no harm in sight but… are you in the will of God or are you in your own will with the hope that God will soon join the party? If God isn’t told you yes, Chile, do not do it! Why? What will happen is, sooner than sooner you will open a door for the thief to come and steal and Boy, that punk will show up wearing sunglasses paired with some nice high heels called no mercy!!
Do not compromise purpose for disobedience.
In that season, I realized a few things:
You can avoid some circumstances and warfare if you stopped being rebellious and started listening to the voice inside you whispering, Hey Child, [PAUSE] do not enter too quickly - just pause, He will order your steps!
Your Dreams are not a football to be tossed around. God took the time to give you the anointing to fulfill your purpose; He does not like to be mocked! Be diligent and very careful. SPEAK WELL OF YOUR DESTINY.
Before others can believe in you, you have to believe in yourself: you don’t need a standing ovation to pursue your dreams!
Sight - See a wider scope of the reality in your destiny! When you know who you are, you can never be moved! Your Identity should be carried in such a high regard and you protect it at all costs! SEE, who you are and stand tall! Bent backs soon become crippled.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT feel rushed to become!! Walk in your time. The bible says the sons of Issachar had the understanding of time to know what the Israelites should do. The longer you try to manipulate God into your own desires, the longer it will take you to get there!
Dwell In The Secret Place and learn.
Treat People Well, Respect People. Learn from every person you meet. The most rude, displeasing people have the most to teach you! Pick what is yours and move on. DO NOT disregard anyone!! Wisdom does not come from men clothed in suits and polished shoes, that watchman can help you move a step higher if only you can ignore his dirty shoes. Be WISE, KEEN and INTENTIONAL.
Rome wasn’t built in a day!
